Owner
The user that creates the original company is the Owner. There can only be one owner per account - if you would like to transfer ownership, please
contact support.
Capabilities
- Full access to all features and settings
Owners have unlimited access to everything in their company account.
Admin
Senior managers or lead staff who need nearly complete access but aren’t company owners.
Capabilities
- View and update company settings
- Full control over:
- Access to company-wide reports and analytics
Restrictions
- Cannot delete the company
- Cannot access certain billing features
Editor
Kitchen managers, head chefs, or staff who need to create and update recipes and manage daily operations.
Capabilities
- Edit-only access to:
- Access to company-wide reports and analytics
Viewer
Staff members, contractors, or partners who need to see recipes and information but shouldn’t make changes.
Capabilities
Customer
External customers who interact with your public-facing features like booking forms or event registration.

- Customer access is not currently available
